The IP of my current droplet as well well the ID of the new droplet that I just created, are all prohibited by CloudFlare, may i know how to do as next?

I believe that this happens if the IP address is associated with activities that violate Cloudflare’s terms of service or if it is listed on a security or abuse list.
The docs mentioned by KFSys suggests to edit your DNS records to point to your origin server’s IP address to resolve the issue.
