Could you share the log messages that you see when trying to send a mail? On CentOS, this is usually found in /var/log/maillog They should give you an idea why the messages are being rejected.
It looks like your SMTP port may be filtered. Can you please open up a support ticket so that the support team can check that for you? If that's the case, they should be able to unblock it after verifying your account.
