I recently connected Plesk with DigitalOcean DNS. But when I did it, it overwrite my DNS configuration with some default ones. Now I am having trouble. I started the e-mail cofiguraiton from scratch, but it is not working anymore. I’d like to know if DO has a history of previous DNS configuration.

Hi @e4685f2c40b948e5ada950cd5b1e09,
Was your DNS in your DigitalOcean account? I’m not entirely sure but if that’s the case you can ask DigitalOcean’s support if they can actually restore your previous DNS if they have them on record. That is only if you had your DNS in your account other than that if it was something else can you please give more info on the matter?

Hello @e4685f2c40b948e5ada950cd5b1e09
You can also try using DNS history checkers like - https://dnshistory.org/ in order to check if there are previous DNS records for your domain name.
I’ve personally used it in the past with positive outcome, so this might help you.
Hope that this helps!
