This is an interesting question. So far in my experience, I haven’t reached any that have 24-hour Phone Support, a company may have 24-hour Ticket or Chat support in my experience at least.
Having said that, you can always submit a ticket/request at any company and ask about that. You can start with the major companies. If you type in Hosting Company in Google you should see them,
