You must purchase a license to use the cPanel & WHM Droplet on the DigitalOcean Marketplace beyond the initial trial period. Documentation on how to purchase a license is available on the link below:

phpMyAdmin is free and is included by default with cPanel & WHM.

cPanel is a third party application managed through our Marketplace. New installations of cPanel come with a 15 day free trial. For further use beyond that point a valid license will need to be purchased directly through cPanel. https://store.cpanel.net/view/cpanel/license-options?type=VPS
