Issue Accessing Server [161.35.4.73]

Posted on August 25, 2024

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my server, which has the IP address [161.35.4.73]. I have attempted to connect to the server via SSH, but I am unable to do so. Additionally, when I try to ping the IP address, there is no response indicating that the server is up and running.

I would like to confirm that my account is active and I have not made any recent changes that could affect access to the server. This outage has significantly disrupted my operations, and I urgently need your assistance to resolve this issue.

Please check the status of the server and help restore access as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for your continued support.

Best regards,

Hey @e818d9068ad048dcb4420036186405,

Regarding your account question, in our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)

Regarding your server access, I could suggest using the recovery console to gain access to your server as described here:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/recovery/recovery-console/

Hope that helps!

- Bobby.
