I downloaded an eCommerce web page with java script files. But product zooming not working. That is working only in online not working when I download it. I am not a developer. Please help me to resolve it. My email is ashmail03@gmail.com

If you bought a theme, you should have support with it. Please contact the theme developer to help you out. If its an eCommerce web page there is some setting up needed. Themeforest has an option for experts to set up your theme for you (of course if you pay ^^) Saying “Java script not working??” is too much of a short description. Also, if you are not a developer and don’t know what you are doing I recommend you hire someone. If you want to check out pages offline you should use wamp or xampp.
