Hi,
I tried a lot of stuff but there was nothing working to fix my problem. So I did a backup from an image that was stored couple weeks ago. And my site is back online. Even that I lost some changes i did recently.

I have the same issue my database is not connecting And I have emailed digits ocean 4 times in last 18 hours and no response so far and they don’t have any phone support Am thinking to change the company because it’s lose of business

During the Database not connecting, may I know if @dril and @princesharmanyc are still able to ssh to the server? If so, check the db status.
service mariadb status
If no access, please keep asking DigitalOcean for support, their support is good from my experience, they response quickly everyday even on the FAQ.
