Hello,

After resizing my Droplet, Load Balancer (NYC1) have status “Down” (before resizing was “Healthy”).

My droplet status is “Healthy” (NYC1).

How to solve problem with Load Balancer status?

Thanks in advance.

Hi there @PavelN,

It sounds like a problem with the Droplet itself, I think that your web server like Apache or Nginx might not have started after the reboot.

What happens when you visit your Droplet’s IP address directly?

On another note, I could suggest logging into your Droplet via SSH and checking the status of your webserver.

If you are running Apache, you could take a look at this answer here on how to troubleshoot common Apache problems:

And if you are using Nginx, you could take a look at this one here:

I hope that this helps!

Hello, thanks for respond.

1) What happens when I visit my Droplet’s IP address directly - ERROR:

This site can’t be reached xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx took too long to respond.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERRCONNECTIONTIMED_OUT

2) Im running Apache and I look to your link and did all the actions but didnt solve the problem - I have an ERROR (in console):

“Apache could not reliably determine domain name”

Restoring Droplets from my images didn`t solve the problem.

Important - that before Resizing my Droplet everything was Ok.

Can you suggest something else to solve this problem?
