Lost domain, can't get into account, No Response from Digital Ocean
The domain I was using for my DO account expired and sold by my registrar before I was aware of it. In my attempts to update my account to the new email address, DO requested photos of me with my ID and a closeup of my ID, I provided these and then then next time I tried to log into my account, the 2-step authentication sent the code to my (old) email address instead of to the phone number I had previously been using. So now I am not longer able to access my account at all. The Contact form on the website has an error every time I try to use it and the email it tells me to use (email@example.com) is completely non-responsive after a week and multiple emails. This Community Support forum is my last resort of getting this fixed. What do I do?
