is it legal to connect scripts to digital ocean droplets, and make and sell vpns? i connect scripts etc. to droplets, i mean i work, is it legal for me to do this?
(note: vpns are not using for illegal, ddos, attacks, spam etc.)

As far as I understand, the short answer should be yes, in most places it’s legal to build and sell VPN services using DigitalOcean Droplets, as long as you’re not using them for anything illegal.
Just make sure you follow DigitalOcean’s Terms of Service and local laws where you’re operating or selling the service, especially since some countries have specific VPN regulations:
