Missing team invite?

A client of mine signed up, created a team and invited me in a few hours ago. They sent a screenshot, on their end I am added in the team. On my end, there was never any notification and I am not in their team. I tried to log out and in again, no change. What can I do?

You can ask them to re-add your account to the team and then check your email again for the invite. If it’s yet missing, you can also reach out to our amazing support team.

Hi @TheoryDigitalOU,

Check your e-mail address and make sure to check all your folders even the spam folder. I’ve had my e-mail go to the SPAM folder from time to time.
