MongoDB Compass: Authentication failed

Unable to connect to a cluster on DigitalOcean. I have added my IP to the trusted sources list. I’m getting the connection string from the database panel.

Have you checked the following docs on the matter :

Do you get any specific errors when you try to connect? For example, is the connection timing out or are you getting authentication errors?

Also, can you share some more information on how exactly are you trying to connect?

Have you also tried to re-download the CA certificate and swap your existing one?
