A week ago I have created an account on DigitalOcean, I have received $100 for registration.
On my account I have $90+ for now.

During this week our team deployed a production environment on a DDigitalOceanO server.

This morning DigitalOcean tryied to get $1 from my card without my permission or something. The card balance is 0, so they could not do that.

10 minets later I realized that my DigitalOcean account with the production environment have been banned EVEN WITHOUT A NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL!

I have created a ticket, but noone still replied me!

How could DO make this without a perrmision or notification!? FFS It is production!
How can I speed up it?

I totally agree with you same happened me to this morning ? what's wrong with this site ? how they can stop my droplets without any warning.I open a ticket and ı said ok ı put 1 dolar verification fee inside try again they've done and then they tried to charge second 1$ and my credit card didnt let them.I'm still waiting to them open or respond my ticket.I didnt think this site has problems like this. I started to think about change VPS server company.

Yep. me too. Apparently Digital Ocean is just locking accounts for verification and walking away.

If I ever manage to get my code off my droplet and will NEVER use this morons again.

In the mean time I suggest you hit their Facebook page and give them a one star review and a comment.

Maybe that will wake them up.
