My Droplet Down

Hi, I got this email

“ We have detected what appears to be malware content originating from one or more of your Droplets. Details can be found in the Abuse Complaint tickets on your account.

To prevent anyone from being exposed, we have disabled the networking interface on the Droplet or Droplets involved. ”

The problem is someone hack my website and upload phishing content, i am unable to open connection using cyberduct or filezilla, kindly active my droplet so i can delete the file.

Log in to your droplet using console and delete the file.

  • Sir problem is mr server protected with SSH keys, console have no option of using keys and then login

    • So no password for your user, I think you must contact support to activate the network interface for you to be able to login again and delete the file, that is all we can help you from here, sorry.
