My website was down this morning and I am trying to reboot the droplet.
But it seems like the turn off process is frozen forever and now I’m not even able to connect the server via SSH. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tired to connect thru web console?

@Geekologist Thanks for reaching out.

There’s no access to the server at all. I’ve just toggled the reboot switcher in my cloud panel and the reboot process is frozen forever now (about 3 hours).

  • Seems like a problem with the Node that your droplet is on, Only support can help you there. Did you create a support ticket with your problem?

Already created. Thanks anyway for your help. I just thought that there might be a solution to make it without support center.
