Hello @digitalocean @DO_Support, my HTTP port 80 is blocked on Droplet 164.90.234.176. Your support bot keeps sending me irrelevant templates about SMTP/email. All troubleshooting proves the block is on your network side. Please escalate ticket 11151831 to a human network engineer.

Hi there,
This is a community forum, so it’s best to keep all communication about your ticket within the support system so the right engineers can assist.
In the meantime, you can double-check a few things on your Droplet:
sudo ufw status
sudo netstat -plant | grep :80
sudo ss -tulpn | grep :80
Feel free to share the output here.
Make sure port 80 is open in both your Droplet’s firewall and any Cloud Firewall attached to it, and confirm your web server (Apache, Nginx, etc.) is running and listening on that port.
