Hey, When I try to access my site it doesn’t load. Loading icon is spinning around until browser gives an error. When I try to access the server with my IP through Putty, it does the same thing, nothing happens. Can you help me?

Without more information this is a difficult issue to troubleshoot. You can attempt to access your droplet via the console in the control panel in case this is a networking issue which sounds most likely. I would also recommend opening a ticket with our support team here so they can take a look.
