Hello there,
It looks like there is no CNAME record created for www.example.com. I would suggest you create the CNAME record for the domain using the steps mentioned in the below document. Once you add the DNS record it will take at least 24 hours to complete the propagation process. https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/networking/dns/how-to/manage-records/#cname-records
You can check the propagation process using the below web portal: https://dnschecker.org/
