Try adding swap to your droplet:

echo "vm.swappiness=0" | sudo tee -a /etc/sysctl.cnf

sudo sysctl -p
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile bs=1024 count=256k
sudo mkswap /swapfile
sudo chown root:root /swapfile
sudo chmod 0600 /swapfile
sudo swapon /swapfile
echo "/swapfile none swap sw 0 0" | sudo tee -a /etc/fstab
  • Since following this instructions I keep getting the following errors, please advise how to correct it:

An error ocurred while mounting 10
keys: Press S to skip mounting or M for Manual recovery

Since I don't know much, I skip it. Then I get:

    An error ocurred while vm.swappiness.
keys: Press S to skip mounting or M for Manual recovery

Since I don't know much, I skip it. Then I get:

    An error ocurred while chown
keys: Press S to skip mounting or M for Manual recovery

Since I don't know much, I skip it. Then I get:

    An error ocurred while chmod
keys: Press S to skip mounting or M for Manual recovery

    Where was the mistake?

  • No one? =(
