Hello @radixadword

You’ll need to share more details about the current situation with the website. Is there an exact error when you visit the site, have you checked logs and etc.

Regards

Heya @radixadword,

What is the error you have on your website?

Also, try to ping your Domain and see if it pings succesfully. If it does, then your Droplet is online and you can SSH to it.

If it doesn’t, try to reboot it again and see if it pings. If it doesn’t it means the Droplet can’t boot for some reason

Let’s assume the Droplet is online, you can SSH and troubleshoot what is the exact issue. Maybe it’s your WebService that is down (Apache/Nginx). You can try to bring it up with

systemctl start NameOfService

However, in order to give a more detailed and pinpoint answer, can you let us know first the above and also what error do you see?

Also make sure your Domain has not expired.

Hey @radixadword,

Have you tried rebooting the Droplet? Do you get any specific errors when you try to reboot the Droplet or when you try to restore from a backup?

Also, what is the error that you get when you try to visit your website?

If you are using Apache, you can try following the steps here on how to do some basic initial troubleshooting in such cases:

Feel free to share as much information as possible so I can advise you furhter.

If you are actually getting an error in the DigitalOcean control panel, when trying to reboot the Droplet, you should reach out to the DigitalOcean support team:

Hope that helps!

- Bobby.
