On my end, doing a port scan shows 22, 80, and 443 open, though your IP isn’t responding to ping. If you’ve disabled ping on the Droplet, that’d be why, otherwise there may be an issue elsewhere, such as with networking.
If you’re able to SSH in to the Droplet, I’d run ifconfig to see if everything is up and running.
If you’re not able to SSH in, or connect through the web console, I’d get a ticket in to support so that they can investigate the issue.
