Hello, I am using your service Droplets for my website is http://www.nexlesoft.com, website is using Wordpress source code. I want to install the https protocol (I know I need a security certificate) for the site but I have a few questions before I start. I have read your instructions at https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-an-ssl-certificate-from-a-commercial-certificate-authority, but I donn’t know if the Let’s Encrypt certificate supports www domain name? Or am I obliged to buy certificates Wildcard Certificate Types. Can someone answer?

No you dunt need to buy the certificate. lets encrypt will provide ssl for any domain either it be www.xyz.com or abc.xyz.com but the draw back is that its valid for only 3 months.
if you need help in managing your infrastructure you can contact superdevop.com any time
@softwareout You can use LetsEncrypt for your SSL certificate. Its got a option in it to also put the www.* in the certificate file. You can also create a cronjob for renewing the SSL certifcate.
Keep in mind, that when using LetsEncrypt, you will not have a greenbar. It is secured however.
