I have my Namecheap domain pointed at the 3 nameservers (NS1-3.digitalocean.com). I am unable to access the droplet via the domain at all (it’s a Dokku install). I can see my domain is pointed properly though as I am still able to receive my emails that are setup on a Namecheap email hosting package.

First, I’ll recommend pinging your domain to see if it’s loading from the proper IP of your Droplet/App:
where domain.com is your actual droplet.
Next, would it be possible to let us know what is the exact error that you see when you try to load the domain?
