Not able to send receive email from Gsuit(Gmail)

I have domain bought at Godaddy. We have purchased gsuit few months back and mapped it with Godaddy domain to create emails. Now we have a website hosted on Digital Ocean. I have changed the DNS at GOdaddy pointing to Digital Ocean. Website started working.

But not able to send receive emails in gsuit. I have copied all MX records and TXT record entries.

In https://intodns.com getting error for my Domain.

Reverse MX A records (PTR)

I generated PTR by renaming the Droplet name to domain name.

Still not able to send receive mails from Gmail (GSUIT).

Can someone pls help.

Step 1: Login to your G Suite Email account. Then click on the nine box square in the top right. Then click the button that says “More”.

Step 2: Next you’ll want to click on the “Admin” button. See image below:

Step 3: Now you should be in the G Suite Admin Console. Go ahead and click on the “Users” button. See image below:

Step 4: Now you should see the Users. Click on the User that is not receiving email. See image below:

Step 5: Next, click on the account button. See image below:

Step 6: This is the last step. Scroll to the bottom of the account section and click the “G Suite Email” box. Then click the save button on the bottom right. This will fix your account so you start receiving emails. See image below:

That should fix your account. If you continue to have issues, contact the G Suite support team.
