Hello,
Suddenly, my website is down and I am not able to connect to my droplet through ssh. I can not ping either. I can only access digitalocen’s web console only. When I try to ping to google.com, it says “Temporary failure in name resolution” I can not ping to any internet sites and can not ping to 8.8.8.8 either.
I have also raised a Ticket seeking for support’s help. Please help me out to resolve this please.

Have you made any changes to your droplet configuration like modifying the network settings? I assume that rebooting the droplet was not able to resolve the issue for you and you’re only able to access the droplet via the console as you’ve already mentioned. Do you get any errors when you try to reboot the droplet?
