I am trying to deploy my Laravel app on a droplet, but during npm run build the process takes too long and gets killed.
VM: San Francisco SFO2 - Ubuntu 25.04 x64 1 GB Memory 25 GB Disk
using command free -m shows that I have memory usage Total - 960 Used - 786 Free - 221
I have tried running command npm cache clean --force then running command npm run build, but the results are the same timeout and killed.
Any help on how to fix this issue or how to debug this issue is greatly appreciated.
