Opening up an support ticket gives an error (message":"Insert failed.....)

I need to open an support ticket asap, but after i completed all the requried fields, it gives me an error.

[{“message”:“Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INVALID_TYPE_ON_FIELD_IN_RECORD, Is Logs Consent: value not of required type: : [Is_Logs_Consent__c]”}]

Is there something im missing there? Or is the support ticketing system down?

Indeed there seems to have been an incident about this reported on our status page here:

You should be able to create a ticket now as normal.
