I need to open an support ticket asap, but after i completed all the requried fields, it gives me an error.

Is there something im missing there? Or is the support ticketing system down?

Indeed there seems to have been an incident about this reported on our status page here:
https://status.digitalocean.com/
You should be able to create a ticket now as normal.
