They don’t answer a whole day from yesterday unfortunately… I’m waiting for they response more that 24 hours…

a) Support is best effort. b) Your droplet is unmanaged, it’s up to you to SSH in and solve the problem.

We couldn’t login our console also. support team never reply.
when I try to open our website, it shows SQL connection problem. For us, not 24 hours, already finished 48 hours, they never reply.

    If you see a SQL error, then your droplet is working, but whatever you’re running is not.
    Try accessing with Console in the control panel.
    Otherwise try restarting the droplet to gain access with SSH, since it might have crashed because lack of memory.

    Like said before, DigitalOcean is a self-managed platform, so you’re responsible for taking care of anything that runs on the droplet. DigitalOcean will take care of power, internet, network and physical hardware.
