I’m strongly concerned about this article http://serdardogruyol.com/?p=122 in order to be safe about what I can expect from your service, I’d like to you further explain the facts surrounding this case or provide some sort of lead into what to consider to avoid something as radical as what this person has reported.
I do expect a somewhat detailed, uncanned answer because it seem I might be putting my whole company at risk by using your servers. But I need to confirm of course and give you the opportunity to further clarify.
