Please! How To make IP domain With Port on webpage?

i have IP as my domain, but now my IP blocked by some reason, anyone can teach this newbie how to do IP with port as Webpage and redirect IP into it?

In case that you want to be able to access your app directly without adding the port after the IP address, you can use Nginx as a reverse proxy.

First you need to point your Domain to your Droplet’s IP address:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/networking/dns/

Once that is done, you’ll need to configure your config either Apache or Nginx one to show your Droplet. For a newbie, I’ll recommend Apache, check the following article on how to configure it :
