I try to change dns at namesilo account, from cloudflare to DO, but every time i received error:
This is likely caused by the entered NameServers not being created yet. Please check the spelling of the NameServers you entered as well as checking to make sure they have been created at the applicable registry.
Namesilo support say me, that problems with this nameservers. I try to use: ns1.digitalocean.com. ns2.digitalocean.com. ns3.digitalocean.com.

This does seem like an issue with your Domain Registrar - namesilo. You’ll need to contact and ask them to help you change the nameservers to :
Unfortunately, DigitalOcean does not currently provide domain registration services. To use DigitalOcean DNS, you need to register a domain name with a registrar and update your domain’s NS records to point to DigitalOcean’s name servers.
