I try to change dns at namesilo account, from cloudflare to DO, but every time i received error:

This is likely caused by the entered NameServers not being created yet. Please check the spelling of the NameServers you entered as well as checking to make sure they have been created at the applicable registry.

Namesilo support say me, that problems with this nameservers. I try to use:
ns1.digitalocean.com. ns2.digitalocean.com. ns3.digitalocean.com.

Where can be problem?

Hi @reqviemua,

This does seem like an issue with your Domain Registrar - namesilo. You’ll need to contact and ask them to help you change the nameservers to :

  • ns1.digitalocean.com
  • ns2.digitalocean.com
  • ns3.digitalocean.com

Unfortunately, DigitalOcean does not currently provide domain registration services. To use DigitalOcean DNS, you need to register a domain name with a registrar and update your domain’s NS records to point to DigitalOcean’s name servers.

Here is more to the topic - https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/dns/

There is a really good article as well how to point your Nameservers to DigitalOcean here - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-point-to-digitalocean-nameservers-from-common-domain-registrars

DNS is the naming system that is used to bind a domain name to a web server. In this guide, we will change the nameservers for a domain that we have registered and point it to a DigitalOcean Droplet.
