Problem setting up Apache Virtual Hosts on Ubuntu

Posted on March 3, 2016

Hi all. New user here.

I have followed your guide https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-apache-virtual-hosts-on-ubuntu-14-04-lts

And added the domains to the droplet. However after all the process when i tried to access one of the pages i am getting the following error :

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a “404 Not Found”.

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Would like to know where i messed up through the process. Thank you very much.

Problem resolved : If anyone is experiencing same issues : hint : see if you are setting multiple sites on the same server not to have the same urls sets in the com.conf files for the sites. If they are the same, this problem will happen.

Maybe this is some very newbie hint, but hopefully it`ll help someone that is in the same shoes as i am.

p.s. I am not sure how to close this question.
