What is the reason for this report?

Problems accessing a managed database. Also cannot contact support

Hi, I’m a customer of Digital Ocean and I’m having problems accessing a managed database. I’ve tried to add a support ticket but the site does not work.

“This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in doinstance.my.site.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”

Can you please help me?
