Is there the public IP list used by a DO datacenter? I found it as a csv file here: https://digitalocean.com/geo/google.csv
Is it still valid? E.g. I have an external-IP 46.101.115.175 of Frankfurt datacenter. But I can’t find that IP in the given file.

The IP that you’ve pointed out is still actually in that list:
46.101.96.0/19 DE DE-HE Frankfurt 60341
The /19 covers the IP you’ve pointed out.
The IP range for 46.101.96.0/19 is from 46.101.96.0 to 46.101.127.255.
