I have a django-nginx hosting setup done on my droplet and I’m currently trying to send post requests using python “requests” but receiving a ConnectionError with Max retries exceeded on the url. The post requests works fine with I’m running it locally but not on current droplet.
Note that my droplet is currently running the django app on a bare IP address with no domain and SSL. Please advice on what are the configurations that I’m missing to get the post request working.

Could you share the full error that you are getting? It is possible that you need to define the IP address as your application URL so that the requests are going to the IP itself directly.
