Hello everyone, I was wondering if DigitalOcean OpenVPN server get’s log by the VPN ISP? If not, then is it log in the server itself?

Your ISP should not be able to track you as the VPN encrypts all your traffic so while you are connected on the VPN, your ISP cannot see what websites you visit, your search history, what apps you use, or the contents of anything you send or receive over the web.
Regarding the server itself, you have full control over it so it would depend on your personal preferences and configuration.

The traffic you are generating when connected to a VPN shouldn’t be visible to your ISP.
As for logs, you can configure logs on your Droplet if you’ve configured it as a VPN.
