Question before choosing your hosting service

I would like to host our company site, and I have a few questions:

  1. Do you have a support via phone, mail or chat? is it 24/7?
  2. Do you provide parking service?
  3. Do uou provide periodic backups?
  4. Do you support Wordpress sites? Any limits? DO you have quick installer?
  5. Can I create mulriple sites with multiple domains?
  6. Do you provide email accounts and option to get access to my emails online?
  7. For what period of time is the hosting contract?
  8. What kind of site protection you provide?

  1. Support is via the Control Panel, there is no phone support, but yes it is 24 hours.
  2. No, you need to write your own content page and host a webserver if you want to park a domain.
  3. Backups, yes. Via the control panel, there is a cost associated.
  4. Yes, no, and yes.
  5. Yes
  6. No. You would need to configure and run a mail server
  7. Hourly.
  8. None, all protection/attack mitigation is your responsibility.
