We have observed connections originating from an IP address believed to be hosted on your infrastructure, I reported to abuse@digitalocean.com and submitted through portal but no response. Please help.

Hi there,

I believe that abuse reports go through a separate team and can take a few days to get a response. You used the right channels so just give it some time.

If it has been more than a few business days with no update, you can also try reaching out directly at https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/abuse or reply to your original report to bump it.

In the meantime, block the IP at your firewall level to protect yourself while waiting for DigitalOcean to investigate on their side.
