I’m trying to recover the data on a compromised droplet but have hit a snag. Support has instructed me to power cycle the droplet, but console isnt responding nor can I power down the image by clicking the droplet name as I’m redirected to the lock screen.
I’ve been emailing back and forth with support, but I’m curious if anyone else has had this problem.

There are several variables that could come into play in this situation so I recommend continuing to work with support. One thing to note is that the web console may not function properly if you are behind a restrictive firewall or on a connection with high latency. The console will use a random port between 6000 and 7000 so if these are blocked on your computer or network’s firewall you will be unable to use the console.
