How can I recovery my droplet from the final snapshot which snapshoted by DigitalOcean? I didn’t snapshot before DigitalOcean shutdown my droplets.

From the create page you can spin up a new droplet from this image. Instead of selecting one of the default OS or Application images click on the “Destroyed Droplets” tab and select your image there. The droplet created should be a clone of the one that was destroyed. The only differences should be that it may receive a new IP address and if you are not using SSH keys your root password will be reset and emailed to you.
