i wonder how long does DigitalOcean to respon a ticket ??
i got first Ticket #2650852 from DO and it was generated on may 6th and havent heard anyhing till now (may 13th).

so basically that ticket said that my droplet is compromised and sending unusual packages (ddos), i foolow the guide on

i need DO to reenable the network access so i can copy all my client’s file and database. this is very very important and i cannot belive that DO leave me hanging for 1 week…

this is really frustrating because i cannot do anything with no internet connection and clients keep pushing me when their website up and running again.

same stuff here. these bastards just don’t care about my tickets. it’s been almost 1 weeks since i send them my first email request asking to reenable networking to copy the files

im glad , im not the only one.

but really, i need a response, even if its a super bad response is better than hear nothing at all
