Refusing to connect to domain

Hello, I am very new to the whole website scene and recently after connecting to my website via FileZilla it completely disconnected my site. I cannot get access to it because it’s failing to resolve it’s IP? I Then added the IPv4 to A on GoDaddy which now gives Refused to connect.

My billing is fine and my droplet is turned on.

The website was working before I connected to FileZilla. So I created a new droplet and reset everything and it’s still not working. Please assist.

Hello friend!

The connection refused sounds like the web server is not running. I would recommend logging in over SSH and attempting to restart it. The actual step by step on that is going to be heavily dependent on how the server was configured in this case.
