Reported promotional profile still accessible on DigitalOcean

I am writing to follow up regarding a previously reported user profile:

Although I was informed that such accounts have been disabled, this profile still appears to be accessible and publicly visible.

Upon reviewing the profile, it clearly contains promotional invite-code content (Daman Games referral code and bonus claims) rather than any technical contributions such as tutorials, questions, or answers.

This type of content does not align with the purpose of the DigitalOcean Community, which is intended for developers to share knowledge and engage in meaningful technical discussions.
