What is the reason for this report?

Reset Droplet is needed. Please help me checking my ticket.

I need to reset my droplet urgently. Please help reset it. My ticket is Ticket #3859689. I reset my droplet yesterday and it is logged in as “Recovery Mode”. It is instructing the "tmux or etc. " recoverings. I just need to do as a complete new droplet as I will reinstall my software again. Please help me setting the droplet as a complete new one. I am in a very urgent situation. Thank you.

Though our team will get to the ticket as quickly as possible, we don’t want you to have to wait. In this case it sounds like just want to wipe your droplet’s data and start fresh. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in at cloud.digitalocean.com
  2. Click on the droplet name that you want to wipe
  3. Click on “Destroy” on the left side of the droplet controls
  4. Under the “Rebuild Droplet” section click an image in the dropdown box
  5. Click Rebuild - Note that this removes all data on your droplet
