Hello, need urgent help with out droplet. It’s offline, we’ve not touched anything and it’s our peak traffic time. Ticket submitted but no reply yet. Please assist, this is our peak traffic time and our site is completely off. Thank you.

By offline, do you mean that you can’t even access it via SSH/Console anymore? Check your logs and make sure that the httpd is actually running. If your droplet is completely offline and you can’t access it through your droplet manager, then you’ll unfortunately need to wait until your ticket is answered.
