As far as I can see SFO1 and SFO2 are with limited capacity. This means that they are restricted to users with existing resources only.
What you could do is use SFO3 instead.

I have a droplet in sfo1 with 1.2ms ping to my resource… in sf03 it has 125 ping… So i want to move my droplet to sf1… so sfo3 is not working for me…
