Create two MX records with the priority of 10, and the hostname of "oxmail1.registrar-servers.com." for the first one and "oxmail2.registrar-servers.com." for the second one. (without the quotes, make sure you don't forget the trailing dot)
Create a CNAME record with the name of mail and the hostname of "oxwebmail.registrar-servers.com." (again without the quotes, make sure you don't forget the trailing dot)
Finally create a TXT record with the name of @ and the value of "v=spf1 include:ox.registrar-servers.com ~all" WITH the quotes.

How do I create an MX file? From the namecheap guide: "you will need to contact your DNS provider and have the following records setup in the domain name zone file" I have no trouble doing this myself but the instructions above are not enough to get me started. Any guidance would be appreciated.
