Hi all,
I have Plesk installed and manage DNS via Digitalocean. I direct my domains from namecheap to digitalocean nameservers.
When I add DNS records they revert/disappear after some time. I have this problem for some time now. I have an A record pointing to my plesk server and it works after setting it. Only it disappears after some time.
Today I had setup DKIM, DMARC & SPF and these records were valid. Checked my mail deliverablity and that was ok. 1 hour later the TXT Records reverted to the default. Now my mails ends up in spam again and im again unable to reach my pleskserver via the hostname i set.
Should I manage the DNS from plesk? Im still unexperienced with DNS and hope anyone can help me with this.

Hi there,
I believe that this could be happening if you’ve configured the following extension:
https://www.plesk.com/extensions/digitalocean-dns/
If you are using this extension, it is best to make all of your DNS changes through Plesk directly to prevent that problem that you’ve just described.
Let me know how it goes! Best, Bobby
