Who else is seeing packet loss in the SFO2 data center? I’ve only had my droplet for 2 weeks and keep seeing significant packet loss as seen in the MTR results below. So far DO support just keep asking a traceroute, then an inbound MTR, then an outbound MTR, and at point didn’t even read or acknowledge the support message I sent in.

This seems to show 0.0% packet loss to the end point. When reading an MTR, it is important to note that any packet loss which does not carry to the end point is not a concern. Some upstream routers do not return all ICMP requests, and that is what causes a spike in loss in the middle while not causing any from the end point.
